In addition to the X*Calibur AOD, Merlin has begun to develop the next generation of devices for intracranial aneurysms as well as a new product for intracranial atherosclerosis. Merlin is also evaluating other clinical conditions that affect blood flow to the brain that would benefit from the potential functionalities of its unique membrane. The R&D Pipeline is intended to establish Merlin MD as a leader in the endovascular treatment of stroke generally.
