Nalinkant Amratlal Rathod, Chairman
Mr Rathod is the President Director of Arutmin Indonesia and Kaltim Prima Coal, together one of world's biggest thermal coal exporting mines. He is the Commissioner in Bumi Resources , Bakrie Telekom & Energi Mega Persada – all part of the Bakrie group, which is one of the largest conglomerates in Indonesia with interests in Coal, Oil & Gas, Telecommunication and Infrastructure Sectors. He is also the Managing Director of Capital Managers Asia, a financial advisory firm in Asia. In addition , he also the Chairman & Managing Director of Restile Ceramics Ltd a public listed company in India & Director of Nostrum Pharmaceuticals LLC. A Qualified Chartered Accountant by profession.
Dhiren Singh, Managing Director and CEO
Dhiren is a Director at Gimbal Global Fund and looks after its investments and operations. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from India and an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management (AIM-Philippines). He also holds the CAIA charter - the designation for alternative investment professionals.
Rohinton Toddywala, Director
Ronnie Toddywala currently serves as the CEO of Nostrum MD, the medical device division of Nostrum Pharmaceuticals, LLC. Born in Mumbai, India, Ronnie holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences and an MBA from Rutgers University.

Nirmal Mulye is the founder of Nostrum. With over 20 years of experience in the specialty/generic pharmaceutical industry, Nirmal is responsible for innovation and development of all of Nostrum�s pharmaceutical products, a portfolio of controlled-release technologies. He has over 10 patents to his credit.
Dean Schaefer, Vice President of R&D and Operations
Dean's strengths are in creative innovation, streamlined implementation, and lean operations management. His experience ranges from several biomedical device start-up companies to large corporations. Dean is responsible for Merlin's research, development, and operations departments and supports the ongoing clinical trials
Christopher Flaherty Intellectual Property Strategist
Chris brings to Merlin MD a long and successful history of guiding corporations on capturing, leveraging and maximizing internally generated intellectual property claims. Specializing in medical devices, he has been successful with both start-up and multi-national corporations in protecting IP around the world.
Matthew Connors Vice President of Clinical, Quality and Regulatory Affairs
Matt's career with Merlin MD has seen contributions in manufacturing, operations and process engineering in addition to his current role in the CA/QA/RA group. With over 16 years experience in medical devices companies in full-time and consulting roles, he offers guidance and support across many different areas of Merlin MD's activities.
